Our prices for delivery are between $200-$300 depending on the city.
The minimum order needs to be $500, In order for us to offer delivery and pickup services.
  • Make sure you are present at the scheduled time.
  • Have the areas where the furniture is going be fully ready.
  • Have the driveway cleared.
  • Make sure all renovations and cleaning at the property are finished prior to the furniture delivery.
  • During the winter season please make sure the driveway, steps and porch are clear of snow and are salted before the arrival of the movers.
  • If there is snow/ice on the driveway/steps/porch, then there is an automatic charge of $50 on the CC on file. Movers will try and remove the snow if possible. If there is a lot of snow then the pick up or delivery will be canceled and a charge of $150 will be charged.
  • Make sure you are present at the scheduled time.
  • Have the driveway clear.
  • Staging accessories should be removed prior to the movers’ arrival.
  • The same winter delivery instructions apply for pickups as well.
We can accommodate orders that are placed 2-3 days prior to delivery. The maximum time an order can be placed is 7 days prior to delivery.
  • Payment info is required in our contract, once the order has been confirmed.
  • Payment is taken prior to delivery.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, and EMT.
  • We require a valid credit card on file till all items are returned.
  • Depending on the damage you would either have to pay for the repair or buy the damaged item.
  • Damages like small stains, dirt marks, and superficial scuffs can be removed by our team at no cost.
  • We offer one complimentary item that is $50 or less on orders over $800.
  • We offer $100 off any orders over $1,000.
  • We offer $150 off any orders over $1,500.
  • We offer $200 off any orders over $2,000
  • And so on and so forth.
We do not allow furniture to be picked up. Only our movers transport our furniture.
We do not allow visitors at the warehouse. Please place your order online through our website.
Orders should be placed no earlier than 1 week prior to delivery.
The price on the website is for a 30 day rental period.
Pets are not allowed to be on the property while furniture is there.
Condo moves require and extra 20-30 minutes, both during delivery and pick up, as the items have to be loaded first in the elevator and then taken to the unit. For all condo moves, there is a $50 fee added to the delivery and pick up fee.
